How does a prism create a rainbow?
When light moves from air into the glass of the prism, light refraction occurs. The design of the prism causes the light to change direction. A ray of light is made up of many wavelengths of light. Each wavelength passes through the prism with different resistance than the other light waves. The different wavelengths normally travel together but split when passing through the different thicknesses of a prism and we can see them separately as a rainbow projected on to surfaces.

Great educational object, or can be used for interesting effects in photography or simply to cast a rainbow on surfaces.

6 metres of luxurious soft top quality satin ribbon 50mm wide.

The print is 800mm repeat, so the hearts and text repeat every 800mm along the ribbon giving you 3 repeats each side of the car from the windscreen to the bonnet center.

There is 500mm each end of the ribbon left unprinted which gives you enough to tie round or clip to your sunvisor or a safety pin is good for this.

The ribbon is bright white 50mm wide and print is Black only.

I also do a complete ribbon of just repeating hearts, and these are great for the Bridesmaids car if you have 2 or more cars for the wedding party.

These anodised Aluminium Carabineers are great for using as a keyring, or for clipping all sorts of things on to camping packs, tents, around the home, in the car, on the boat, everywhere !

While they are very strong, they are not suitable for use for climbing or supporting a person.

They come complete with a split ring for attaching keys, and a spring loaded flip lever for easy opening and closing.

With wings made from lightweight foam this aeroplane once assembled, does really fly very well.

Twisted up rubber band powers the propeller.
The kitset requires assembly, and although it says it's recommended for 5 years and up, younger children will certainly need some adult supervision and help. It took me quite a while to carefully assemble the plane in the photo and I last saw 5 years old about 5 decades ago.

You will need patience, care, common sense, but no tools.

Once assembled can be flown indoors or outdoors in still conditions.

Unlike the black Lensball stand, the Custom designed and NZ made SpheraLens Tripod mount / stand features a transparent holder to minimise interference in your photos and make it easier to get the suspended in air look, while the standard tripod female thread screws in firmly to hold the stand securely & can double as a stand on any flat surface.

Please be careful when using your Lens in direct sunlight as it focuses light and can cause burns & fires in seconds, including on your hand.

Note: All photos have been taken personally by me and remain my property. I test each ball before despatch and have never found any defects, although have when I have purchased from other suppliers.
