Like you we are human. If we have made a mistake in what we have sent, we'll put it right promptly.
Faulty/damaged goods:
Where possible we test items before we send them, however if something arrives damaged or does not work, please keep all packaging and email us to let us know what the problem is. It doesn't happen very often, but if it does, we will work with you to get it right.
We may ask for goods to be returned for inspection. If goods are found to be faulty we will replace them and refund the postage that you have paid to return goods to us (equal to, but no greater than the shipping amount paid at time of purchase).
Change of mind purchases:
If you receive goods and have a change of mind please contact us.
We will accept change of mind if: Goods are returned within 7 working days of receipt, in their original packaging, and at the expense of the purchaser. A refund of the auction purchase price (less shipping costs and a restocking fee of 15%) will be made to your bank account (please let us know what it is) within 2 days of receipt of goods. If returned goods are damaged in transit on the way back to us, your refund request may be declined, so please package carefully.
